We are deeply concerned about the proposed Short-Term Stay Substance Abuse and Mental Health treatment center being planned for 2338 E Minton St in Mesa.  The Mesa Zoning Ordinance requires short-term stay facilities to have a Special Use Permit, this facility does not have a Special Use Permit.
